The hotel rooms were excellent, spacious, and clean; however, the spa area required an outside walk back to the rooms. The service was very helpful and accommodating, with delicious food, though there were issues with booking treatments and a leaking iron incident. The location was perfect for dog walks but had room for improvement in running the hotel. The dining experience was very poor for breakfast but had fresh fruit available.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, but some areas could use refurbishment. It's a standard room with minor maintenance issues like torn leather on the desk chair. There was inconvenience with bees entering the room due to a nearby nest. The service was mixed, slow at times but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location, while not luxurious, suited our needs. The dining experience was enjoyable with good food choices. Overall, the stay was decent with room for improvement.
